Who we are
This notice covers the website eutaorbit.com, operated by EUTA Orbit. Contact: info@eutaorbit.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry forms. Name, work email, company, endpoint range, topic and message, which you choose to send us.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting. Our form handler keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 24 hours to limit abuse.
- Preferences. If you switch between light and dark theme, your choice is stored in your own browser. It is not sent to us.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or quote, and keep the site secure. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and you may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Who receives it
Our web hosting provider (GoDaddy) and email provider process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer, then for the term of the relationship and any period required by law.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise your rights. Email info@eutaorbit.com. We will respond within 30 days.
